About Us

A legendary history

When Jesse Shwayder founded Samsonite in Denver in 1910, travel was reserved for a select few who had the means to see the world. As a result, great care was taken with transportation and service, as well as with the luggage used to transport their belongings. Samsonite was one of the first luggage brands and has always been known for its craftsmanship and innovation, for providing well-thought-out, stylish, and high-quality solutions for all travel challenges.

In the meantime, the family business has become a dynamic and globally leading luggage company with various strong brands.
